Course duration – Five days (40 Hours)
Eligibility – Participants should be 16 years of age and above, physically and medically fit and in possession of a fitness certificate. Trainees should be free from any skin diseases, physical disabilities, epilepsy, high blood pressure or heart problems.

Certification Criteria
On completion of the course on the day of the final evaluation the participant should be able to demonstrate the required rescue skills with equipment, should be able to swim 100 metres in three minutes non-stop (using any stroke except the backstroke) and possess adequate soft skills.
Certificates
Successful candidates will be awarded proficiency certificates by SRTA. The certificates are valid for a period of two years
