Venue  - Designated beach in any location across the globe

Course duration – Five days (40 hours)

Eligibility – Participants should be 16 years of age and above, physically and medically fit and in possession of a fitness certificate. Trainees should be free from any skin diseases, physical disabilities, epilepsy, high blood pressure or heart problems.

Pre-requisites - Participants should possess a valid Water Sports Operator/Open Water Lifeguard Proficiency certificate to operate a powerboat. Trainees will therefore have to undergo both - the Water Sports Operator Lifeguard Proficiency course and the Power Boat Operator course, which can be conducted consecutively.

Certification Criteria

Participants should be able to successfully demonstrate skills mandated in the Level-2 Powerboat operating modules at the end of the course..

Certificates

Successful candidates will be awarded proficiency certificates by SRTA. The certificates are valid for a period of two years. The certification can be revalidated directly upon successful completion of Water Sports Operator/Open Water Lifeguard re-validation when due.
